Booking Information and Terms & Conditions

Reservations.  

Your booking will only be accepted when we receive your deposit, we will confirm your booking via email, a provisional reservation will be held for seven working days, if we have not received a deposit within this time, the reservation will be deemed to have lapsed, and we reserve the right to re-advertise.          

Arrival & Departure.
Arrival: not before 2.00pm (We will contact you if  we are able to  accommodate you earlier)

Departure: no later than 10.00am

Electricity, central heating, wifi connection, bed linen and towels are all included in rental price.

Payment.
Seven night stay (or longer).
20% Deposit at time of booking, Balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Cheque or bankers draft.

Short Breaks (3-6 nights).
Payment in full at time of booking
Cheque or bankers draft

Please make all cheques payable to Mrs S Williams and post, along with a completed booking form, to Pathwell Farm, Parawell, Lane, Bream GL15 6EY

We are unable to offer refunds if you cancel your holiday.

Pets.
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. No more than two dogs, rates, 7 nights £12.00 short breaks £8.00 per dog.
As this is a farm with livestock, dogs must be kept under control at all times.


Tenants Obligations.

1)      To pay for any losses or damage to the property.
2)      To respect the property & leave it in a clean & tidy condition on departure. (We reserve the right to make a charge for extra cleaning if the property is not left in a satisfactory condition.)
3)      Not to exceed the total numbers of guests stated in the property description.
4)      Consider your neighbours. ( ie, No loud music or excessive noise.)
5)      Not to part with any possessions belonging to the property.
6)      To permit the owner or his agent reasonable access to the property.

 D.J & S.E Williams (the owners) shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, accident, injury or inconvenience, whether to person or property, which the applicant or any other person may suffer or sustain arising out of, or in respect of, any letting.

Complaints.
Our aim is to make your holiday, enjoyable and relaxing, so if a problem does arise please let us know immediately and we will make every effort to assist you.
